POOR "BATHO PELE" SERVICE FROM SARS

My return has been with auditors for more than 120 days.

Worse part is that, I never got any requests for any supporting documents from "The auditors".

When I followed up I was told that it takes 60 days for the audit to be completed. When I followed up 2nd time I got told no actually the audit takes 21 days :(.

We are now on more than 120 days of waiting and every time I follow up the consultants tell me my return is with the auditors.

I have escalated the matter more than 3 times and it's a month of waiting for escalation feedback, this is poor.
