Poor and Pathetic service from SARS

<p>A rebate is due to my husband but when submitting all the required paperwork for the 2nd time in 1month we were now told 90days waiting period - PATHETIC,POOR, BAD SERVICE - SERIOUSLY a JOKE </p>
