Please pay my money..i cannot owe the same amount you owe me!

i am Louiza Tshabalala ID *** Tax no ***...i got to my efiling on the 1 of July 2020 not aware that this year tax season is on August/Sept due to Covid19 , Sars system wasn't up and running but the form was available so what i did everything and i couldn't calculate but i sent it anyway..so later when they open for submission..boom! i owe Sars R8903.00 but funny enough on my IRP5 under tax Credit its R8903.00 so my question is how come i have credits of the same amount i owe them??? ON TOP OF THAT MY MEDICAL TAX REFUND IS R-6674.00. when i dispute since they said its pending an investigation for approximately 60days its been more than 90 days nothing has changed and no one has contacted me..

i want my money not other way around my problem is i got the system while it wasnt up and running or not the right time to submit but it doesn't mean they must rob us money!!!
