Please help daylight ******* from sars.frustrated public servant

I Mr Mogwatlhe ML case number ***,I submitted a tax return last year of which I was entitled to a refund and it was held under audit and finalized with the results that I needed to submit a return for 2007 which I did and then it was concluded with no the changes to me getting the refund .an IT34 message was sent to me and the following day I got another message that I'm being audited again saying I need to submit a tax return for 2016 and I did write a letter to sars as requested informing them of not being in possession of irp5 of 2016 so they can help me .they started collecting money from my salary and all that money goes back to increasing my refund and it's been 4 months not being paid monies due to me and have been trying everyday to get help from sars without success and telephonically is impossible u wait on the line forever till it cuts u off Im so frustrated because there's no correspondence from sars about my case and everymonth money is taken from my salary...my balance increases but no refund is paid that is due to me.
