PLEASE Assist No refund of Funds since October2014

Since my Income Tax was sent in and October 2014 since the last Audit and Review was completed I was told to wait 60 days.<br> <br> Now I am being told that my problem was escalated to a Team Leader AND nothing is happening.<br> Is it fair that I must wait that long for anything to happen.<br> <br> PLEASE HELP ME!!!!<br> <br> Thank you,<br> Alida Barendina van der Walt<br>
