Pleasantly Surprised

After visiting the PE SARS's branch a couple of times only to turn around and go back without accomplishing anything due to rows out of the office and down the street, I was advised to rather visit the Uitenhage branch. Being a widow with two young children attending primary school and being the only person who is responsible to get them to and from where they need to be, my greatest concern was not to be assisted in time to pick them up from school.<br> <br> Great was my surprise when I immediately received my ticket at the entrance of the SARS Uitenhage Branch. I was even more surprised when I was met by a clean, neat and cool waiting area with ample seating. I sat down for about 15 minutes before my number was called.<br> <br> When I got to Counter 4, I was assisted in a professional, efficient and friendly manner by the SARS Consultant. My personal details were updated and verified without any hassle.<br> <br> All and all it was an in-and-out of 30 minutes maximum.<br> <br> A huge thank you for making this experience of mine a pleasant one. It is much appreciated. I would recommend this branch with the greatest of ease to anyone.
