Playing around with my banking details

Hi There ,<br> My tax reference number is *** , i submitted my banking details twice but this people are playing around with me.They are keep on telling me to resubmit my banking details .<br> I am suppose to get 10,000 Rands from SARS ,they are telling me to go to SARS branch again and again<br> other wise they wont pay my money .<br> Please help me out with this ,this people are playing with me.<br> I can't take leave from office many times to got to SARS.<br> <br> Thanks
