Went to sars in promenade mitchells plain on saturday 6th october. Got there at 5.38am i was waiting infront of the store. By 7am the staff arrived and by 7.30am they started to give out numbers a security came to me and said i must join the long line outside i explained and said iv been waiting from pass 5am why must i go stand in the long queue the mall security didnt tell me anything about standing outside and there was no notice on the door to say the lines is outside.the queue managers was so rude even the mall security tried to explain to say i was there first but they didnt wana hear anything they were rude rude rude. The only person that had customer manners was a girl called nandi she was so nice and tried her best to assist me the other 2 was just plain rude didnt even give me a hearing. The manager that was there didnt even once apologize she was of no help at all. if i dont get a call or anything from that two rude ladies to apologize im taking this further because they have no work ethic to work with customers. Think the 1 name is mariam. One would say that they own sars.
