Petronising consultant

I came to her work station, she didn't have sense of urgency, she was busy eating an apple while on her phone. I waited for 20 mins for a so called authorisation. While waiting she kept talking to other consultants about having chicken feet for lunch and that she doesn't answer 087 calls cause it's debt collector calling her and she's broke. When I asked for my identity document cause I wanted to leave she gives me attitude and says I must give her my I.D. copy cause she made it. I found that very patronizing
