Pending 2017/18 Annual return

Someone please assist me. My 2017/18 Annual return is still pending. I have been back and forth with SARS and I am not getting help anywhere. Am getting frustrated and slowly running out of patience. I believe they are trying to not pay me because I am claiming for 2 cars one under company allowances and the other fully a company car.
