Payment

Hi my tax number is*** my I'd no is ***.Sars says I'm owing them 10867.66 then I made an appointment with them on the 11 today .They said on September 2020 I be donated R28000 to a charity of which ididnt do that I don't have that kind of money..How can I donate such amount .I just told them I was ****med but they say it's under my name I'm stressed. Help me.
