Pay back the money

I have done my EFiling in October and have money due to be paid to me and i know normally they dont take long to pay out so yesterday i called SARS because since i was waiting and i spoke to Motlatsi and she advised me they sent the money to an account that is closed long time ago and i must go to the that bank and request for them to transfer it to the correct account. My argument to her was i updated my banking details and i have been receiving my payout on my current active account so why this year they decide to use an account they have never used for the past 3years and ended up being impatient and sarcastic. I requested for her manager to call me and since i have been waiting and her name is Felicity. I am not happy about this at all
