Pathetic staff at SARS and there syatem

Here is my problem that's becoming a MASSIVE issue in my life with SARS. I am a hard working person that pays my taxes and pays above average tax because i earn commission and pay it on time. I have been trying to sought my tax with SARS and even got someone to do my tax for the past month now. I have been to the SARS Pretoria office 2 times now and waiting for hours to get assisted. The first time was for my proof of address and the second time was for the IRP5 that you guys don't have on the system i don't know how but yeah another excuse to stuff people around. I call SARS office on a daily bases to get this and all the rest soughed out. Sometimes i call and the info they give me different the next day. You need a book to write all the case numbers. I think this is just to stuff you around. SARS are the most unreliable people out there. From the people answering there calls to the staff at there offices. If i hear one more hello come again i am going to scream. NO phone manners. I pay my taxes on time every month and when they have to pay out there is issue upon issues. I have also sent emails and till today no responds. PATHETIC i really give up with SARS ****.
