Pathetic services

Good day Poor Poor service of Sars I am trying to reactivate my tax number for 4 months I make a booking for more than 10 times with this people and upload my documents for more than 5 times Still nothing,they escalated me for 5 months now There people is working from home doesn't call you back on time,busy screaming on there kids while on the phone,and don't do nothing about your problems. Is there anyone who can help me reactivate my tax number for I am awaiting money and can't be paid out before a tax clearance This is pathetic from a big institute that is supposed to hold all your records I wonder what would have happened if I owned them money? Please help it is urgent
