Pathetic service with SARS call centre

I am very dissapointed at Sars consultant agents at call centre on the 11/09/2018 I phoned Sars call centre and I spoke to Zoliswa who took like an hour to give me feedback that she won't be able to assist me as she has my old cell pone number & my old email adress on the system, which I am not understanding why is that affecting my company profile as I wanted to get assistance from them that they should help me to reset my password. But It took my almost 2 hours sitting on the phone and I know that protocol should be followed by them asking questions for verification however my point is that I needed help only on my company registration which I was told that it is my responsibility to go to the nearest branch to change my details and I am very upset as I asked them that when I was at menlyn in the branch to amend my details on my company profile why would'nt they ask me to verify my email adress and my cellphone number?I don't work at Sars and this information should have been notified as the capture the information on my company profile first time I was there, the same procedure that they are following at call centre it should be same everywhere it should apply both inside and call centre and I feel that it's incompentent service and again I was told that my case reference has been escalated to a consultant whom can only phone me after two days and I said to them that it is unacceptable because now my profile with National treasury is inactivated reason being that my tax is non-complaint. And Zoliswa advised me to phone in call centre again & choose option 7 & 2 as she can only assist with individual tax no company tax but when I phone option 7 I talked to a lady whom I didn't take her name & she says she cannot help me when I ask her why because I only want to rest my password so that I can log on to my e-filing and when she was talking to me she made as if she's interested in resolving my problem and she end up saying no you need to wait for someone to contact after two days. Maybe Sars think that we have money to waste as I even told them that I am using my cellphone to phone their call centre and they made hold for too long and as a result it feel like a waste for me to even contact the call centre. So my question is what is encouraging Sars to deliver a better customer service?what is the reason for us not to go in the branch to stand long queus if we can utilise call centre? They need to deliver consistent service because we are taken up and down I feel that they are not a true value creators within their organization they just want their customers to suffer.
