PATHETIC SERVICE!! WAITING FOR PAYOUT SINCE OCT 2019
Waiting for tax refund since October 2019. Went to Alberton Branch 4 times in total, 2 of the employees never updated or confirmed my email address nor contact number. I submitted additional docs for Audit, submitted 2 complaints, still waiting on payout. Numerous calls to SARS, of which 1 call was cut BY A MANAGER CASE NUMBER: ***. I've had it with SARS, they are very quick to take ur money when you owe them but take awfully long to pay you out. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP OR ELSE I'M GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN!!!!
