Pathetic service SARS

Good day I have filed my 2018 return I have a refund amount I was under audit the aduit is over. But I still have had any feedback from them. I have phoned numerous times but same story its like people don't care about others. And as for this government institute its pathetic what service u get when they owe u MONEY.
