Pathetic service most disgusting

I keep calling to get assistance with my submitted docs that I sent 22 days ago but everytime I get to the low numbers they cut the call, the agent online doesn't ever reply back to my message, I just can't get through to them at all, I went from caller number 856 to number 18 and just got cut of and it took over an hour to sit on the call
