Pathetic Service from SASR

May you please finalize my returns, I have been selected for your audit.documents from me where required and I uploaded all of them,now when you have to finalize my returns,you requesting a letter from my employer asking them why am I over charged,is that not your duty to find all that information from my employer,come on guys this is pathetic
