PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SARS - NO REFUND RECEIVED!!!

If there was a 0-star rating I would have rated SARS 0. I submitted my return on 18 September 2023 and waited 21 days for them to refund me. When I called SARS after 18 October 2023 to confirm my refund, the gentleman told me they hadn't finalised it he will escalate the matter for me. Today I called SARS to confirm if my funds would be paid today as stated on the document they provided, the lady Petronella in the call center told me my claim hadn't been finalized, and that she would escalate a complaint for me. My 2023 has been finalised, but not 2022 which I submitted on 18 September 2023 and bare in mind I called SARS on numerous occasions even after I submitted I called to confirm if all is in order. When I call I was assured all is in order, but when it came to paying out the funds I was then notified that funds won't be paid I need to wait ANOTHER 21 days.
