Pathetic service from SARS

I submitted my tax via efiling. I was chosen for an audit and they asked me to upload my medical tax certificate that i did. Few days later case was finalised but my medical were never calculated as they did not have prove that i paid mefical aid. They send me a letter stating i shpuld send the letter and 3 months bank statement as prove that i paid medical aid.In the meantime i spoke to at least 10 people working at Sars and each timr each of them tells me a different stiry. The letrer said i can email all the documents they needed and i did but accordenly the people i spoke to they say no n cant. Its been6 weeks allready and i did not hear anyting. Not a email not a message nothing. They say the case is open but i must dispute on efilng. I cant. That option doesnt work and the more i tell them that the more they srgue.
