Pathetic service from SARS

I am so sick and tired for SARS. I have submitted my SARS forms on 12 Oct 2020. Every time, I receive the message, we will escalate the matter and will call you back. Case number: ***5 Dec - case number ***Jan 21 - case number ***1 Jan 21 - case number *** What is taking them so long, COVID working from home, taking children shopping or movies? Who can give me some advise?
