Pathetic Service from SARS

<p>I have now reached a point where I'm so frustrated with SARS and their incompetence.</p> <p>I've been waiting for my rebate since July. I visited the branch on the 25th of July, handed in all the necesaary documents required by SARS for verification.</p> <p>I was then told there is a stopper on my rebate. Went back to the branch 3times thereafter.. Still nothing.</p> <p>Received an SMS last Friday , just to find out at the branch on Monday that I didn't need to come in to the branch as the SMS was sent in error as all customer who had given their documents weren't excluded when the bulk SMS was sent out.. Ahhhhh really
