Pathetic Service from Recruitment Manager

I emailed SARS on 15/11/2015 to find out how do the recruit employees as i have been monitoring their website for one of the branches that were opening in KZN. On 26.11.2015 Tebogo Phasoane emailed me to advise that all jobs were advertised on the website. In our discussion she very rudely told me that as per her screen dump these vacancies were advertised on the website and i NEED TO LOOK CAREFULLY in future. I do not appreciate being told that as i am a customer and i deserve to be treated with respect. I have asked her thrice for her manager's contact details which she failed to provide me with but instead rep**** very rudely to my email. She seems to have a stinking attitude as if she is doing me a favor. I tried to find out from her how to go about applying for vacancies as the SARS Website only has a drop down for Gauteng and not KZN. At a later stage i found out that the vacancies for SARS was advertised on Career Junction which is definitely not the SARS Website as Tebogo insisted. I would appreciate a written apology from her for the pathetic service she has given me and i honestly do not understand how she is manager. I definitely do not want to work at SARS thanks to her
