Pathetic Service!!

My experience with SARS has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. Submitted my return in July , I keep getting told that my case has been escalated and that someone will call me in 2 days . Recently I was told that the two days escalation has no turnaround day it could even be next year!!!! Over three escalations and I'm told "sorry the two days turnaround time has no turnaround. What nonsense is that?? Why say you are going to call in two days when you know you have no intentions of calling. I would have long been issued with warrants if I was telling them this. What double standards!!!!!!!! Pathetic really, really pathetic
