Pathetic service errors of omission

I am bring unable to i be helped by SARS fir my tax reconciliation despite having had ti go ib person and queue for7hours, I was then booked fir a virtual consultation on 27 October and took time off from work, but to no avail no phone call, I further rebooked with SARS fir another virtual consultation for 10 November at1 400hrs after taking more time off c from work sti to no avail no phone call, I am disgruntled and dontt know what to do with SARS department mayb they are trying to say I failedd to meet the deadline of end of November as they now clsim i did not submit my returns since 2019 though I was submitting in person at the Preto branch
