Pathetic service

I booked a telephonic appointment for the 1st of July to sort out my taxes. I have a few issues with sars and I don't know if anyone else has had the same issues 1stly I have been trying for weeks to access the app I've even deleted and reinstalled it and nothing. 2ndly When booking you are asked to upload documents. Before you could upload all the documents needed. NOT ANYMORE!!! Yesterday the agent I spoke to asked me to email him the documents I needed to submit and this was still during business hours I did it within 5min and my appointment was at 3pm. He didn't get back to me neither did I get a call today. This is the second time I've dealt with agents who don't get back to you. It'd very a noting especially for a government entity like sars it's actually pathetic service
