PATHETIC SERVICE

I got a very poor service from this company.I wonder why other people end up being owing SARS a lot of money is due to the lack of their poor service.I have been struggling to do my tax submission for more than 3 months now.I have tried to use the callback option,they called me once and tell me they can't assist they will have to escalate the matter to the people that can be able to change my details and their turn around time is 48hrs and 3 months later no assistance so *****ried to do an appointment online they system is pathetic I can't go through it doesn't submit.They can't tell me it's my internet since am on uncapped.I ended up going to a branch in Soweto Orlando East Branch where they were not able assist until I make an appointment which I have tried for more than 3 months and I asked this white manager guy that I asked to speak to and he gave me an attitude and he was rude and arrogant and told me they is nothing that he can do as a manager,but if it was one of his white counterpart from the white monopoly I don't think he would get the same service after he explained the situation.I have 2 business accounts that I couldn't get assistance with and the 3rd one being my personal account that I already did a efilling for and the money was reversed and I wanted to find out why,Still I couldn't get assistance.I feel like such thing our politicians have to come to come through for us and assit us with such matters.In a situation that they are old people that doesn't know anything about the internet and those bookings that means they would get assistance.I was given a number to call on a paper which is ***that is not working as I called when I was at the branch and I feel that the is no consistency and they expect us to get fined the penalty of doing late submission and it an money making scheme to see us going more poor with unnecessary penalties they could have bee avoided.This is not on as a South African tax paying customer.So tell me what is the was forward.I'm writing this comment out of the office of SARS where am supposed to be getting assistance.This is a very pathetic service were are getting from this country giving us a raw deal.Very poor service indeed.
