Pathetic Service

It looks like I am wasting my time as this Business has not rep**** to any reviews that have been published. I cannot file my return as I have not captured my Bank. It is highlighted as a mandatory field in a red window but I cannot capture in this window and I therefor cannot file my return. I tried phoning and was number 645 in the queue. I have tried emailing and just get case reference numbers each time I complain. I now have 3 cases and get nowhere. Case numbers are *** and *** and ***. Not good enough SARS
