Pathetic Service and no Answers

I completed my Tax for the 2017/2018 year and submitted on the 20 September 2018. I was requested to submit additional documents for an Audit and received a reply letter from SARS acknoledging receipt of the documents. After 21 days I had not received a response , I have now called in excess of 5 time and each time " your audit is still ongoing and we can do nothing"

So Now I tried to lodge a complaint on the SARS efiling website as instructed by the last consultant...and lo and behold their website link is broken......

FRUSTRATED..
