Pathetic service

I have app**** for a tax directive for my late husband at the beginning of March 2022,I was told it takes 21 days,I submitted everything as per their request but to date nothing has been actioned..my annuity payment is delayed because of this..I have been up and down from last year trying to sort this our. My kids are suffering yet their late dad left them money which I can't access because of SArS staff incompetence
