PATHETIC SERVICE!

Good day,

I have been calling SARS from 12:00 up until 15:30, I have been on hold, they decided to switch off their call centre at 15:00 while they saw that I was or there were calls who were on the line holding. Why do people go and seek work to the places where they need to help the public, then who must vote for the party that does not care for people? They went to seek for work and now that they got work, they can't assist the people who makes them to be able to bring food on the table. The service was terrible at one of their offices, one of the branches in Pretoria, they were very slow in the morning, hence I decided to leave and they carried on with their disappointing service even on the phone.
