Pathetic Service

It's time again to submit your Tax return for this year. The funny thing though is that my tax return status for last year is still on audit. The service is so poor from SARS and yet they expect us to do our tax on time. Should I withheld my current tax submission until the last years is resolved or is that wishful thinking.
