pathetic service

I submitted last year August to claim for my returns they send me a sms that I'll get my payment on the 1st of September 2nd payment on the end of September till today nothing was paid tried to do follow up told me to wait until November I did so never came back to me to update me on my case yesterday I phoned them still no response to my case I'll never recommend anyone living soul to Sars they so poor in service and yet quick to take our money
