Pathetic Service

The frustration and lack of service from Sara is on another level. I've been on hold since Friday with the callback option which does not work. I think this is a **** to delay people from filing their returns to charge penalties, the service is worse than pathetic!!! Dealing with Sars is a nightmare, I am waiting for a callback with no luck. What else do I need to do? I am spending R200+ a day holding just to be assisted. What else do I need to do, I am up for suggestions.
