Pathetic SARS services as always

It is really SAD how SARS is operating. I have case id after case id, held on for 1hour and 35minutes in their Call me back option and NO ONE bothered picking up the phone or replying to any of my mails. I was showed away from the Branch because i have to make an appointment 1st. So how the hell should one make an appointment when no one answers the freaking phones. And this just to change my details so i can submit my tax. This will also probably fall on deaf ears. I think SARS service is PATHETIC.
