Pathetic SARS

Fed up with sars, every Sunday I receive notice that my banking details are incorect. We have visited the branch, signed an afidavit, sent them proof from the bank. This is the same account number that they have paid my money into for years, now suddenly there is a problem. This has been going on for months and still no payment. I'm really starting to wonder if they even have money to pay my meager amount due. It's the same with my husbands return as well but they dont pester him with mail after mail and sms after sms. I thought these people were supposed to be profesionals, trained for the job. Absolutely pathetic.
