Pathetic SARS

I have had a huge amount of assessed tax due to me for more than 6 months and even though I load the Assessment that shows the amount AND they are paying me interest as their acknowledgement that the amount is due NOTHING. Kieswetter can boast about their ability to collect tax but all I seem to get is real Artificial intelligence and no sign of life.
