Pathetic SARS

What a bunch of idiots , for years I never had a problem with my pay out , 2017/2018 all of a sudden is a problem , they didn't accept my travel cost as the vehicle was not in my name , the Company lease the vehicles from Avis Fleet for all the external sales people , the strange thing is for 3 years all was good without any hassles , same car , same Company and round about the same mileage, I submit a letter from the Company stipulating that I used this car for business use , we get taxed 80% on fuel and 80% on the car , this came to R164000 per annum ,SARS is excellent in taking money from the normal guy in the street , if you owe them anything they just take , I had a Pension policy that was suppose to pay out in January 2019 , SARS took everything saying I owe them money , there is a dispute lodged with SARS , this was done last year October , they started with it beginning December 2018 , it will take now 60 to 90 working days before they will come back to me , this is by far the worst Government department in South Africa , they are seriously *********** when it comes to figures , SARS make up their own mind if they going to pay or not to pay , if I was connected somehow to a government official things would have been sorted out , all I can say is absolutely Pathetic Department.
