Pathetic people at SARS

Good day, I called the SARS contact centre on Monday, 8th July 2019 at 1pm and spoke to Bongiwe Ndumiso. I asked her for a Notice of Registration but did not receive it. I called again and spoke to Sheilla (Case nbr ***), she was extremely rude and uncooperative. She interrupted me at every chance that i spoke. After spending 2 hours on the line my query is still not resolved. Its sad that SARS hire people that are so illiterate!
