Pathetic government service as usual

Got an SMS from SARS early to accept their calculations or log in and do my own in August. Which I did, and as per the past 7 years, I am being audited because they owe me money! I uploaded all required docs, on the 21st day was informed that the logbook format was incorrect (same one has been used for years), rectified that, submitted, on the 21st day was informed that my banking details had changed and they required the proof. Once again that was submitted as per the instructions, and AGAIN, 21 days later was informed that that process was incorrect and that i needed to request someone to do a video call to confirm that I am who I say I am! That was done on the 1 December and I am still waiting on my refund. If i want interest on my money i have to apply for that too!! The service is just beyond disgusting, it is my money and I want the payment done! Everyone acts as if they are doing you a favour and forget that it is the publics money that pay their salaries!
