Pathetic e filing turn around time

So 21 business days after I submitted my documents. I still have not received my refund. When you call SARS they say I owe them 1382 rand. I claimed 2 pot so that amount ahould of been deducted from the amount claimed. What a joke. But let you owe sars then you are called everyday
