Pathetic Customer Service...

I have now just about had enough of SARS. They are the most unreliable, unprofessional bunch of idiots I have ever had to deal with. MORE than 21 working days ago I had to make a case with them for money they took from me without me even knowing. I had one of my retirement fund payouts to me and SARS just went bonkers and took it. According to them, I owed them money, something I did not even know about... I go into SARS and they say it is because my employer filed an incorrect IRP5 form back in 2011. I should come back with the correct one and I will get my money back no problem. I get the form as they advised, go back to them, they lodge a case and ONLY AT THIS POINT tell me I have to now wait 21 WORKING DAYS????? Like in WHAT THE FLYING ****? Within this time I send emails almost every other day to them asking for an update and all I get is a generic reply that says it is still within the 21 working day period to be resolved. I wait and wait and wait and now I eventually call them because it has now been 21 working days. I get on the phone and the guy who answers is so damn impolite, no customer service!!!!! After telling me I must first explain my whole story to him BEFORE I can give my case number, I do so. Now after he checks what's happening he comes back and all he can say is that they still busy working on it. They had 21 WORKING DAYS, not 2 or 3 or 5 but 21!!!!! And they still busy with it... How stupid are the people at SARS? How long can it take to resolve 1 persons query? That can not be possible. Oh and finally I ask him, how long will it take to resolve still and he says "Let me check". Guess what happens magically? The call ends and I DON'T GET A CALL BACK FROM NO ONE.... I am so freaking ****ed. My money got taken from me and now they giving me the runaround but when they need to take money they do so without hesitation and without your consent. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
