Pathetic client service

Since 4 September I am waiting for SARS to pay out. I phone, i check on SARS mobi app but no ne can tell me when thet will pay out. I am a single mother struggelung. I was chosen for audit, but 3 months later they still cant tell me when i will receive refund.
