Pathetic and unacceptable behaviour

on September 1st, I went to SARS office in Johannesburg to register for tax clearance and to my surprise, I was greeted with load full of stinking attitude and thinking that I was in my best behaviour and humbling myself. <br> <br> The guy who was operating the computer system on counter 17 and who had been processing documents for Keen Panache Enterprise. <br> <br> No wonder people at SARS do not wear name badges because they don't want to be identified when they start loosing the so called \Unwavering commitment"to service excellence. <br> <br> I felt helpless and unappreciated. I had been informed that it is the norm but I will not tolerate being abashed like that. <br> <br> Disappointed. """
