PAID MEDICAL AID FOR DAUGHTER

Good day

I paid medical Aid for my daughter since 2015. This year I filed the documents on efiling. There investgation for nearly 7 months then i got reduced IT34, today i got letter to say it is been declined. Dont know why, I paid R439 -R5268 per year for how long, have medical slips. Now it is declined. My daughter gave affidavit aswell. Bank gave letter stating i paid. Easymed cant give letter as it is for my daughter. They are *******, and that money is being paid into one of them's bank. I feel i must get back something.
