Owing SARS money i do not know.

In April 2015 i resigned from my job as clients information clerk for the department of health eastern cape as i was going to resume in a new post at the same department but different level. i resumed my new post on 5 May 2015. i received my payout from pensions in October 2015. In September 2015 i went into the SARS mobile branch to do my yearly submissions and was done successfully. I was heavily pregnant at the time and in October went for maternity leave. After the birth of my baby i have been constantly sick on and off. When i went to do my submissions for 2016 in September, i was told to consult the branch in Port Shepstone or Mtata. When i eventually visited the branch in Port Sepstone i was told that i owe an amount of R2400. I was also told that the reason for this was because after my submission in 2015 there was an audit query on my name because a company other than the department of health had submitted an IRP5 under my name with same ID number and Tax number via e-filling by a private accountant. It now seemed like i was employed by two companies and also that a disability claim had been made by me to SARS. I explained that i do not have an e-filling profile and am employed by one company and have never claimed for any disabilities. I was told that SARS retracted my 2015 submissions and i would have to start from 2015 when submitting, but could not submit until the second IRP5 had been removed from my name and they cannot remove it themselves, only the second company would need to go in the profile and remove it. I was told they can only give me the companies name and nothing else (GROUPSCHEME). Since then i have been trying to locate this company but with no luck. in July 2017 I wrote to SARS seeking their assistance once again with this issue but could not get any help. Currently i am stuck with this dept that i do not understand and i am watching people doing their yearly submissions and i cannot submit mine because of this. Please assist me in resolving my problem as you are my last hope.
