OWING SARS for something I don't know

I have submitted my assessment. I owe SARS R12k When looking at the breakdown of funds on the assessment it states under income line R600 000. I have been unemployed whole of 2021 to date. How do I go about resolving this? Tried disputing on Efilling but result unsuccessful
