Owing money to SARS because of an efiling mistake

Hi. I am being charged R13 200 by SARS for a mistake I made on efiling, but resubmitting forms I'd submitted already in 2008 and 2009 as well as 2015. The reason I did this is because I work in the film industry and some production companies did not submit my IRP5s and because of that, I resent by clicking "submit" for those years. This has subsequently resulted in SARS charging me for IRP5s for that entire year and they reassessed those years and charged me money for them.

It's very very unfair since SARS does have all the IRP5s I submitted. This year I was due to have a refund of R11 000. I have not received a penny from that money because SARS deducted it all. On top of that, I still owe R2000 some odd to them for an error on their efiling website. How is it that a mistake on an unfriendly website can cost me so much money after I'd already paid my tax, and submitted my returns for those years. This is the biggest load of ****, pardon my french, but it's positively ********. The only explanation they can give me is that they had to do reassessments and that I can't do anything to change it. Why can't they see that I'd submitted those returns manually even, because before 2010, I submitted all my returns manually.

This is messed up.
