Overtaxed

Where exactly must a person go for help regarding sars matters cause if u go to the office they say they wilk get back to you it takes more than 2years of waiting u get an sms saying you owe another money.i don't know if i am paying sars for other people or not.why does sars send. Messages saying you owe them andbon top of that take money from your salary.while i am paying everymonth.what exactly is happenings.who is the right person to help me mara.i am in dept of children school fees because if sars.where must i go.please can somebody help me
